SEPTEMBER 2024

September is Healthy Nova Month!
Throughout the month the Office of Health Promotion is highlighting ways that you can thrive through the six dimensions of health and well-being; Social, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural, Emotional, and Spiritual. Addressing all six dimensions in our lives builds a sense of fulfillment and helps us to thrive, not just survive. Each day this month we will highlight events, activities, and steps you can take to create a month filled with opportunities to thrive!
